Relationship Counseling
What is Relationship Counseling?
Relationship counseling is a form of therapy that focuses on navigating and exploring the dynamics of partnerships and relationships. In counseling you can expect a safe and confidential space for you and your partners to explore feelings, navigate communication concerns, work through conflicts and address any issues that may be coming up in your relationships. Through counseling, couples can find improved communication, deeper emotional, sexual or relational connections, as well as tools to better understand and support each other. Relationship counseling can be beneficial at any stage of a relationship as there may be different challenges or transitions that occur at various stages.
My Approach to Relationship Counseling
With my background working with couples outside of the hetero-cis-vanilla normative background, I do approach relationship counseling with an open and explorative view of relationships. While you may be seeking out counseling on similar concerns, I will work with you to navigate the unique challenges or differences that your relationship brings to the table. My goal is to support you in finding consensual, fun, nurturing, and enjoyable relationships.
