Welcome! I’m a quirky, queer, east coast born dog mama.

I graduated with my Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The George Washington University in Washington DC in 2019. Since then I have worked primarily in group practices working with wonderful clients all across the life spectrum. I worked with children and teenagers during my internships and early career, moving to adults from all walks of life later in my practice.

While I have loved and learned so much from my clients throughout the years, I have become passionate about specializing my practice to working with queer adults, specifically those who are exploring their asexual and aromantic identities, as well as those who have histories with high demand religions or religious trauma. In 2023 I started attending more specialized trainings and supervision in sex therapy, and started my first Aro/Ace therapy group.

I provide queer affirming sex therapy for adult individuals and couples who are wanting to explore their identity, sexuality or address sexual functioning concerns. I pull from attachment and trauma-based techniques in our sessions with the purpose of creating a better relationship with your self and body, and exploring your experiences with intimacy.

Outside of work I enjoy flexing my artsy side. I am a fan of experimenting with fun hair colors, creating jewelry, and attempting to keep my plants alive (RIP fiddle leaf fig). I enjoy spending outdoor time with my partner and dogs and discovering all that Oregon has to offer.
